OSCAR is an online tool designed for reporting activity and emissions data under NGER. The automated features in OSCAR will calculate the greenhouse emissions based on the energy consumption figures entered. To gain access to OSCAR, you will need to register to report under NGER, EEO or be part of a government reporting program.

The National Greenhouse Accounts (NGA) Factors

The NGA Factors have been prepared by the Department of Climate Change (DCC) and replace the AGO Factors and Methods Workbook. The NGA Factors document contains information and emission factors which can be used by companies or individuals in estimating greenhouse gas emissions from certain activities.
